5th Morph [Video]

[The feed clicks on to show the night sky with its many stars as well as a pair of black clad legs before it reveals who he is as he picks up the communicator and sits down. Then he positions the camera back to the sky.]

 It's been awhile since I really saw something like this. Even in a small town, it's hard to see with all the lights on. I wonder if I can see the constallations on this world too.

[He sighs but for once, it's a happy one.]

..I only wish the stars were clear enough that people back home could.

Yeah. New York.

[There is a pause before he continues and when he does his voice is somewhat strained.]

Thirty years ago she was the best place in the world even if the smog made the stars hide. We'd go out to the countryside to watch them, my brothers and I.

Best place to see them is out in the country.

So what are your brothers like?

One of them, Donatello, disappeared a long time ago, but he was a genius with technology. We never understood what he was going on about but he was in love with his work so we couldn't help but be interested.

Raphael was and still is the overly-emotional one. I don't mean weepy. I mean he can't do anything without being passionate about it. He gets angry really easily but it's because he does everything on his own, expecting he has to or be seen as weak. He doesn't share his deeper feelings and because of it, he bottles things up and explodes.

Leonardo, my eldest brother, is honourable to a fault, dedicating his life to following Bushido and the codes of a warrior. After our father died, he blamed himself, just as we all did, but felt he had to be even stricter about our training to prepare us for life without our master. Raphael and he had a fight over it.

Things went downhill from there.
