It changes my appearance. You see, back home...I was a fighter and this is one of my weapons.

Is it... electronic, or purely mechanical? Either way, I'm afraid I can't diagnose anything without taking it apart.

It's possible that it's mechanical, I'm not much of an expert on the subject.

By all means take it apart, as long as it's fixable, it's good to me. Besides, it really needs a source to power it. [He then pulls out a gold coin, split in two with a picture of a mastadon on it.] I have an idea on how to fix this part but I'm not sure if the scientists did something else as well.
